Harvey J. Berk was born in Brooklyn, New York, July 1937. His parents were hard working middle class people. His father Irving was a plumber and trained Harvey in the business. Along the way, Harvey received his engineering degree from Shippensberg University. He went on to build bridges and invested in real estate. Throughout the majority of his working life, he enjoyed improving the quality of life in his rental communities. Most of these communities reach out to the middle class Americans. Today, he continues to visit every community and office building encouraging every one of his associates to strive for service excellence.
